壽 Shòu: Longevity: Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms Fanfiction Ch 13

Ye Hua ended his kiss as suddenly as he’d started it. He stared at Si Yin in shock. Si Yin’s eyes were huge, and his expression was the same as Ye Hua’s. Ye Hua was still straddled around Si Yin’s waist when someone from behind pushed Ye Hua forcefully off Si Yin’s body. Ye Hua flew off Si Yin and landed a few feet away. Ye Hua swiftly raised himself up and turned around to see who would have the nerve to push him.

It was Ghost Lord Li Jing.

Li Jing was on his knees and helped Si Yin up to his feet. He lightly touched Si Yin’s bloody lip with concern. Si Yin pulled away from him and took a couple of steps away. Li Jing looked up angrily to see who was attacking Si Yin and his eyes flew open with surprise. He couldn’t hide his shock when he saw Crown Prince Ye Hua was Si Yin’s attacker.

“Forgive me Crown Prince Ye Hua. I just saw someone attacking A-Yin and reacted. I didn’t realize it was you.”

Ye Hua brushed the dirt his clothes off and composed himself.

“Ye Hua wasn’t attacking me. I attacked him first. I threw the first blow.” Si Yin said emotionless.

Li Jing looked back at Ye Hua and then at A-Yin.

“A-Yin, how could you attack Crown Prince Ye Hua? You could be punished severely for your actions. Why would you start a fight with Prince Ye Hua?”

Si Yin glared at Ye Hua and replied boldly, “Because I felt like it.”

Both Ye Hua and Li Jing looked at Si Yin shocked and confused.

“Ghost Lord Li Jing, how do you know Si Yin?” Ye Hua asked in a tone that sounded more like a demand.

Li Jing looked at Si Yin and replied, “We once shared a mutual affection for one another.”

Ye Hua watched Si Yin throw Li Jing a hostile look.

“I did something foolish, but A-Yin is and will always be the love of my life,” Li Jing added smiling towards Si Yin.

Ye Hua couldn’t believe his ears. Ghost Lord Li Jing who had a harem of 3000 women was homosexual, just as his father the previous Ghost Lord had been. Li Jing and Si Yin had been lovers in the past. Ye Hua struggled to comprehend this situation.

Was Si Yin still in love with Li Jing? Was Si Yin not in love with him? Could Uncle Lian Song be wrong about Si Yin causing Ye Hua to do something unthinkable? What had he just done to Si Yin and were his feelings one-sided?

If that was the case, was Ye Hua doomed in a one-sided love affair?

Nothing made sense. Ye Hua needed to leave. Ye Hua needed to do something he’d never done in his life; he needed to run away because he was scared.

Ye Hua put on his mask of indifference. “I won’t bring any charges against Si Yin for the attack, but I must return to Celestial Heaven for important matters,” Ye Hua said, as he turned his back and cloud jumped away.

After Ye Hua had gone, Si Yin turned her full hostility towards Li Jing.

“Did you just say the love of your life?” she smirked sarcastically. “What are you doing here?”

“A-Yin, I’ve come every day since I saw you at the coronation. My feelings for you haven’t changed. I still love you.”

Li Jing stepped towards Si Yin who stepped back more.

“You don’t know what love is. You’re a weak, pathetic, disloyal excuse of a man. Don’t come back here again.” Si Yin’s words were cold enough to leave a frost in the air.

“We couldn’t be together back then. I was a prince from the Ghost Realm, and with you being a celestial it wasn’t possible,” Li Jing pleaded for her to understand his past actions.

Si Yin shook her head unconvinced and used a spell to transform back to her actual female appearance right before Li Jing’s eyes.

“Who said I was a celestial? I’m Bai Qian, the future queen of Qing Qiu. A nine-tailed white fox.”

Li Jing was speechless. He couldn’t believe it. Li Jing moved towards Si Yin swiftly and held her arm.

“Why didn’t you tell me? I wouldn’t have ever involved myself with Xuan Nu. I would have waited for you,” Li Jing whispered.

Li Jing was overwhelmed by this new revelation. Tears filled his eyes and ran down his face.

“Come with me now. I swear you will be the only one. I’ll love you in ways that will make you feel so good, and you’ll fall in love with me again,” Li Jing promised.

Bai Qian looked down at his hand holding her arm and forcefully yanked her arm away.

Si Yin smirked and replied, “Once a cheater. Always a cheater.” She transformed herself back into her male appearance and cloud jumped back to Kunlun Mountain.

Si Yin was back at Kunlun Mountain thinking about Li Jing when she suddenly burst out laughing. Now it made sense why Ye Hua had rejected her. She was the wrong sex. Ye Hua preferred the company of men. She now had the perfect reason for canceling their engagement. Everyone would die of shock when they found out.

Then a thought came to Si Yin, Ye Hua would be ridiculed and the subject of scandal. She didn’t want Ye Hua to be looked upon poorly for his sexual preferences. Ye Hua was her friend. Even today he didn’t fight back and only protected himself from her unwarranted attack. She suddenly felt guilty for attacking him. He’d done so much for her. How should she conduct herself with Ye Hua going forward?

Ye Hua was in love with her male alias Si Yin and engaged to her true female identity, Bai Qian. His situation was the epitome of twisted irony.

Si Yin suddenly felt sympathy for Ye Hua and thought about going to Celestial Heaven. Si Yin would tell him the truth before things became more tangled up. Si Yin was thinking about what she should do when she heard a light knock on her door. Si Yin looked up and saw Shifu come into her room quietly. He looked like he was about to say something but instead narrowed his gaze on her cut lip. Mo Yuan came to her and held Si Yin’s face gently by her chin and looked at the cut intently.

“Si Yin, how did you hurt yourself?” Mo Yuan asked. His deep eyes filled with concern.

She yanked her face from his hand. “I fell,” she lied briskly and turned her back to him.

Shifu was silent, so Si Yin thought he’d left. She turned around to see if he’d gone when Mo Yuan suddenly took her in his arms and kissed her passionately, while she was in her male appearance.

Si Yin felt Shifu kissing her, and her knees went weak. She’d dreamt of this for years. Si Yin was wondering how someone’s lips could feel this good when something within her woke her from Mo Yuan’s spell.

Si Yin pushed Mo Yuan away. He looked confused and thought he’d hurt her cut lip, tried to kiss her again but more gently. She pushed Mo Yuan away again and turned her head to the side to avoid his kiss. Mo Yuan caught off guard, and it reflected in his expression.

“Si Yin, isn’t this what you wanted?” Mo Yuan asked confused.

Si Yin turned her head and faced him. “Shifu have you ever heard the saying: Timing is everything?”

Mo Yuan didn’t say a word.

“Shifu came at the wrong time. You’re too late,” Si Yin stated coldly.

She walked towards the door and opened it for Mo Yuan. Si Yin made the hand motion indicating he should leave.

“Thank you for finally coming to your senses and realizing what a beautiful woman I am, but I have nothing else to say so goodbye.”

Mo Yuan said nothing and left. Si Yin dropped to the floor once she’d closed the door. Si Yin didn’t have any strength in her legs. Had she just rejected her beloved Shifu who she’d wanted for thousands of years? Was she out of her mind? What was with today?

Yesterday both Mo Yuan and Ye Hua rejected her while she was in her beautiful female appearance, yet today they both kissed her when she was a male. What kind of twisted game were they playing?

Were they planning to drive her crazy together?

Was this her heavenly trial?

To be continued……..

I can believe Yehua thought Siyin was ordinary just like he thought Susu was.
Glad Li Jing made an entrance to show the wait list .😼

I think he meant she was ordinary as in not having a high social or political status.

Yes. Si Yin is just a Kunlun disciple. A fox picked up by Zhe Yan.

I was so surprised when Si Yin ousted MY. Now does she mean his timing was bad because he had rejected her one too many times before coming to her, or because she had felt things when YH kissed her that made her question her long time infatuation with MY???
YH needs to seriously think about why both he and LJ (two obviously very straight men) would fall for a male. He’s smart enough to figure out something’s just not right. Or maybe his feelings are blinding him. I like that he had a nice dose of jealousy. That always makes a man realize he needs to work for it and not to dally.

The answer to your question regarding Si rejected MY will be answered in ch 14. Stay tuned.

I love that she rejected all 3. Does she still have feelings for MY or did she developed new feelings when YH kissed her as SY?

I do too. I love reading older woman with younger men for a change and I especially favor YH more because how Mark Chao played him so well.
